Typical Applications:
CORESIC @ S silicon carbide products are typically used as structural support components for refractory roofs in industrial kilns such as shuttle kilns, tunnel kilns, roller kilns, bell kilns,and others. They are also used as kiln furniture support frames on kiln cars for bearing sintered products.
Applicable Industries:
Applied during the sintering processes of technical ceramics, electronic ceramic powders, sanitary ware, daily-use ceramics, electrical ceramics, refractories, and lithium battery cathode and anode materials, among others.
High-Performance Lightweight Design:
CORESIC @ SE silicon carbide enables truly high-performance, lightweight kiln beam and post designs. Thanks to its excellent mechanical strength, the cross-section of CORESIC @ Sbeams can
be reduced by up to 50% compared to traditional recrystallized silicon carbide (R-SiC) beams, without compromising load-bearing capacity—and can be reliably used at even higher temperatures.
