The kiln lining system includes the kiln roof and kiln walls. Traditional kilns use insulation bricks or fiber structures, which work for extended periods at high temperatures. Due to their low strength, these products are significantly affected by the kiln atmosphere and airflow, leading to issues like powdering and ash contamination, which severely impact the product firing yield.
Our kiln lining system employs cordierite-mullite material, known for its high strength, high temperature resistance, and excellent thermal shock resistance.
